Qualifications & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior role in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
- A deep knowledge of spa operations, treatments, wellness trends, and customer service excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and inventories.
- A passion for health, wellness, and providing guests with an exceptional experience.
- Certification in spa management or a related field (desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with spa management software is a plus.
