Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Supervise spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and support personnel.
Train and mentor new staff and provide ongoing training for existing team members.
Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Customer Service:
Ensure all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive atmosphere within the spa.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring all treatments and services are delivered to high standards.
Monitor and maintain equipment and treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Assist in managing inventory of spa products and supplies.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote spa services and products to guests and support the implementation of marketing strategies.
Assist in creating special promotions or packages to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Gather feedback from guests to help improve services and offerings.
Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing payroll, and maintaining records.
Prepare reports for management on sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a spa or wellness center, preferably in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of spa treatments and therapies, as well as industry trends.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
