Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
✔️ Background in five-star hotels, luxury dining, or healthcare food service
✔️ Expertise in hot kitchen production, international cuisine, and volume catering
✔️ Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations
✔️ A team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to quality
✔️ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
