Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for managing product accounts related to the company's strategic product lines and promoting Logicom's products and solutions. The candidate will manage and develop existing and new clients, respond to customer requirements, achieve sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
- Working with customers to understand and capture requirements and devising effective solutions.
- Ensuring an understanding of Vendor operations and working to support the operational side of the business.
- Preparing and presenting products and services to customers, highlighting their values and advantages.
- Coordinating and organizing demand-generating activities such as tradeshows, events, or customer workshops.
- Ensuring that customers are aware, informed, and trained on Vendor technologies and products.
- Ensuring that the assigned products meet the company's and related Vendors' sales, profitability, stock, and other KPIs.
- Providing regular updates on sales and stock forecasts in alignment with company and Vendor requirements.
- Collaborating with Vendors to create and implement pricing and marketing activities and understanding targets and plans for short and long-term budgets.
- Gathering market information to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Completing other related tasks assigned or deemed necessary by the Company's Management.
- Staying updated on Vendor technological trends and products, as well as sales and presales certifications, to maintain a high level of technological awareness and understanding. This includes holding and maintaining the necessary certificates for Logicom to meet Vendor requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related major, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Preferred knowledge in IT networks and endpoint security solutions (IT security brands such as Sophos, Cyberoam, Fortinet, TrendMicro, etc.).
- Dynamic personality, well-spoken, with customer-facing characteristics.
- Organized and professional attitude.
- Ability to adapt to various job requirements.
Preferred Certificates
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- Offensive Security Penetration (OSCP)
- CCNA/CCNA Security or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
