Job Description

  • Must be locally here in Qatar with valid QID
  • Must have Training Experience
  • Must be BICS Certified
  • Create and implement inclusive training initiatives that resonate with company goals, accommodating new recruits and continuous professional growth requirements.
  • Work jointly with subject matter authorities to evaluate training necessities, shape course structures, and establish compelling educational content, encompassing presentations, e-learning modules, and practical tasks.
  • Organize interactive training classes employing an array of instructional strategies, cultivating participant engagement, the acquisition of skills, and the enduring retention of knowledge.
  • Administer hands-on training sessions utilizing varied teaching techniques, cultivating participant engagement, skill procurement, and the sustenance of acquired knowledge.
  • Continuously update knowledge about industry trends, leading practices, and advancements in training methods, seamlessly integrating relevant innovations into training frameworks.

Skills

  • Needs Assessment: Skilled at conducting thorough training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop targeted training programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Proficient in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver, monitor, and assess training programs efficiently, ensuring seamless access and progress tracking.
  • Proficient in leading dynamic training workshops, using facilitation techniques that encourage active participation and reinforce participants' grasp of the content.
  • Adept at flexibly adjusting training approaches to cater to different learning preferences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
  • Well-versed in needs assessment methodologies, capable of identifying training gaps and developing focused programs to bridge those gaps in alignment with business aims.
  • Well-versed in the operational aspects of LMS, proficiently utilizing the technology to deliver training content, track participant progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
