Job Description

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Qatari Nationals to join our team as Shoppers (Personal Buyers). The ideal candidates will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products on behalf of our customers while ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience. If you have a passion for shopping, excellent customer service skills, and an eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and purchase items based on customer orders.
  • Ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy of selected products.
  • Communicate with customers regarding product availability and substitutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of product locations, promotions, and store policies.
  • Ensure timely delivery or pickup of items.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Must be a Qatari National.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, shopping, or personal assistance is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry shopping bags as needed.
  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms and mobile apps is a plus.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
