The Role


To achieve better customer service in the region and participate in growing the business. Reporting to the Service Manager-Gulf, your mission will be to ensure that the company goals are met in terms of service volume and customer satisfaction.Our mission is to deliver top-notch and service for all Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, including a diverse range of portable compressors, generators, membranes, and boosters.

  • We are dedicated to shaping quality process improvements with a focus on safety, operations, and customer service, adhering strictly to health and safety policies and equipment care requirements.
  • Our continuous improvement efforts are geared towards digital solutions, enhancing our customer communications and relationships. We prioritize establishing solid customer relationships, maintaining contact with all clients, important accounts, to provide an exceptional standard of service.
  • We manage servicing and maintenance on rental machines promptly, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults with expertise, and attend to breakdowns swiftly. 
  • We are also responsible for training both customers and Atlas Copco personnel on the general operation of rental machines, planning daily and weekly visit schedules, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations both in the Service Centre and on-site.
  • We follow engineering practice, participate in call-out rotations, maintain test instruments in prime condition, promote the Atlas Copco Compressor company image, and perform tasks related to maintaining excellent housekeeping

What we expect of you?


Essential Qualifications:


  • 3 years' experience repairing Atlas Copco or other industrial air compressors.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Collaborative team player and dynamic personality.
