Job Description

  • As an Automotive Aftersales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction in the post-sales phase. This includes managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing technical support for vehicle-related issues.
  • You'll be pivotal in coordinating and scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair services, overseeing the smooth operation of the service department, and upholding stringent quality standards for all service tasks.
  • Part of your role involves actively recognizing opportunities to promote and cross-sell automotive services and products, including extended warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages, in order to support the dealership's revenue expansion.
  • In the capacity of an Automotive Aftersales Executive, your foremost duty is to secure outstanding customer service and delight once a sale is completed. This entails managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and furnishing technical support for vehicle-related matters.
  • As an Automotive Aftersales Executive, your principal task is to ensure top-notch customer service and gratification in the post-purchase phase. This includes overseeing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering technical expertise for vehicle-related challenges.
  • Part of your remit is to proactively pinpoint opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automotive services and products, such as extended warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages, in order to contribute to the dealership's revenue enhancement.
