Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing top-notch service in our restaurant and bar areas. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest enjoys their time with us.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Take and accurately record food and drink orders using a POS system.
  • Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions as needed.
  • Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality.

  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with training new servers and providing guidance as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to manage and resolve any service challenges.
  • Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, chairs, and bar tops.


Skills

  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
