We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Management and Development Advisor to join our company. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies, creating and executing employee development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement within the engineering industry.

Job Responsibilities:



Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives to assess, develop, and retain top talent. Implement performance management review and career development plans. Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies. Responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals. Assess training needs and design and deliver customized learning and development programs for employees. Implement and manage talent assessment and succession planning processes. Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and design, develop and implement HiPo development programs Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs. Emiratisation strategy implementation Managing graduate programs in UAE and Qatar Responsible for implementation of global initiatives, programs and processes in the location

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Proven experience in Talent Management and Development. Experience in designing and implementing Emiratisation related talent initiatives is a plus. Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including performance management, employee development, and employee recognition. Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies for talent identification and development. Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and initiatives. Experience designing and delivering Leadership Development programs is required. Should be able to lead, develop and execute global skills frameworks at a strategic level Performance driven, pro-active, and agile with changing priorities or high levels of ambiguity. Adept at analyzing Data, Data Driven Decision Making and dashboard creation Ability to provide innovative, bespoke digital solutions dependent on current business priorities Consultation skills with the ability to communicate and offer advice at all levels. Ability to foster and maintain relationships with senior leaders. Ability to develop performance culture and teamwork. Should have excellent communication skills Adaptable and resilient to change
