Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior Soft Services Executive is typically involved in overseeing and managing the soft services within a facility or property. This includes responsibilities such as monitoring housekeeping activities, arranging supplies for client or VIP visits, coordinating pest control activities, managing mail room operations, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements, conducting facility rounds to identify issues, managing pantry and reprographic equipment operations, overseeing laundry services, maintaining stock and issuing sports equipment, and handling vendor management. The Senior Soft Services Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of soft services within the facility and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service quality.




Job Responsibilities 1

Ensure the cleaning service provides the highest standards of delivery and excellent service at all times.


Monitor specialist sub-contractors to ensure compliance with Company standards and efficient service provision.


Adequately staff all areas under their control and proactively supervising staff in their duties.


Provide staff with appropriate resources and equipment to carry out their roles effectively.


Ensure staff complete tasks according to work schedules and escalating any ongoing issues to the Soft Services Manager when necessary. 


Monitor and record sickness and absence, conducting return-to-work interviews, and carry out counseling sessions as needed.


Conduct cleaning standard self and joint audits with client representatives and take appropriate action to address any identified shortcomings.


Provide job training and assessments for staff when necessary to support training initiatives.


Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning methods, working practices, health and safety requirements, training standards, cleaning machines, auditing systems, CAFM systems, and PDAs.

Job Knowledge & Skills

In-depth understanding of soft services management, including cleaning, landscaping, and pest control.


Leadership skills to oversee a team of service providers and ensure high-quality service delivery.


Knowledge of property management regulations and standards to maintain compliance.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison and stakeholder management.


Problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and maintain tenant satisfaction.


ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.




Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
