Job Description


  • Sell and achieve the minimum required number of units per month.
  • Welcome and assist customers entering the NBK Showroom.
  • Aid customers in selecting vehicles by engaging in dialogue and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Provide comprehensive explanations of product performance, applications, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Detail all available optional equipment for customer consideration. Offer test-drives to all prospects, adhering to NBK's procedures for identification verification.
  • Utilize NBK's sales control and follow-up system, ensuring accurate inventory records on NBKA Autoline/CRM software.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarize oneself with state and local laws governing automobile sales.
  • Establish personal income goals in line with NBK Standards of productivity and devise strategies to achieve them.
  • Participate in product and sales training courses as directed by sales management.
  • Stay updated on new products, features, accessories, etc., and their customer benefits.
  • Facilitate the transfer of closed deals to the finance department, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Meet the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
  • Understand equity and values, and proficiently explain depreciation to customers.
  • Draft comprehensive sales orders and complete paperwork following NBK policies.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery ahead of customer arrival.
  • Coordinate with the service department for pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Introduce customers to service and spare parts department personnel, emphasizing the dealership's quality and efficient repair and maintenance services.
  • Regularly visit potential and existing customers to boost new vehicle sales and maintain customer relationships.
  • Follow up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, "We-Owes," and special requests to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate positive relations and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a prospect development system. Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to optimize time management and planning effectiveness.
  • Adhere to all company processes and procedures. Meet all objectives required by the company.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Respond promptly to all pages and calls. Undertake any temporary assignments as required by your manager.
