Skills

· Must have experience in managing Testing services for multiple large-scale programs and projects

· Must have ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality and managing to an acceptable level of risk

· Must have ability to work with multiple projects in parallel

· Experience of using test management tools (e.g., Quality Centre, JIRA/RALLY) to manage testing activity and to provide testing metrics

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Extensive knowledge of Testing lifecycle and core testing process/techniques using different test approaches

· Extensive understanding of Defect management processes

· Extensive  knowledge  of  Test  estimation  techniques, approaches, and processes

· Extensive knowledge of Data/document management

· Knowledge of Industry standard training associated with testing

· Knowledge of Governance techniques

· Knowledge of Measuring test improvement

· Certification: ISEB / ISTQB / Prince 2 / ITIL (practitioner level)

· Knowledge of Public Cloud Services (Amazon, Google)

· Any other required tasks
