The Senior Property Executive is responsible to provide professional management of assigned commercial real estate properties and personnel, with a focus on maintaining and improving the properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in good physical condition.
Provide guidance and leadership to the maintenance team to ensure best practices are followed.
Manage and execute operation guidelines while ensuring compliance with all building regulations.
Schedule and execute property maintenance frameworks.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building, and regulatory licenses.
Manage CAPEX projects within approved budgets.
Manage vendor specifications, procurement, and service reviews with assigned term contractors.
Review tenancy fit-out guidelines and participating in tenancy meetings.
Comprehensive understanding of property management principles, including tenant relations, lease administration, and facility maintenance.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to maximize property profitability and value.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure lawful property operations and transactions.
Strong negotiation abilities to manage leases, contracts, and vendor agreements effectively.
Expertise in overseeing property improvement projects, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
