Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for the planning, coordination of the strategic and refurbishment projects & monitoring the project team's overall process and operations from conceptualization until completion within the budget's goals, and the required deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Support creation of scope of works for the tendering purpose.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot issues associated with coordinating and development, design, right-of-way acquisition, construction and complex development projects.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/Trades - through reports and site visits.
- Supervise and assure that the work done by the contractor should be according with the approved BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Act as a POC for all end user (Internal AAM Departments) and assist with determination of project requirements & ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare substantial completion letters and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
- Maintain all project documents, including Approved layouts, specifications, drawings, as-built drawings, and associated revisions.
- Assist project manager in the planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule in a cost effective way.
- Generate reports on progress/results through preparation of qualification packages and present the same to the project manager.
