Job Description

About the job Senior People Operations Officer (Native Arabic Speaker)
  • Responsible for overseeing and leading HR initiatives ensuring the smooth running of all aspects and functions of the department operations including Recruitments, Training & Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Legislation adherence, Department documentation review and amendments, HSE, Admin support & Office management. They are also required to provide advisory support to key stakeholders and management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Certification in PHR, CHRM, CHRP, SHRM or similar is a plus.
  • 5 years of Senior HR Role or relevant experience.
  • Industry Experience: Information Technology
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
  • Native Arabic speaker
