· Reviewing service requests and follow up in accordance with client requests on a daily basis.
· Tetra device programming, network registration and download, and fleet map preparation
· Delivery of the devices to the client and help to ensure a seamless delivery process from start to finish.
· If any new products are launched, they will undergo testing, and a report will be provided to the product team.
· Creation of a discrepancy tetra-reconciliation.
· Conduct acceptance testing for the updated and new firmware on Tetra Radios from different brands.
· Provide technical support for radio services (Tetra) to the corporate sales department.
· Use terminal programming for different Tetra radios (such as Motorola, Hytera, and Sapura) and customize fleet mapping.
· Support corporate sales in acquiring Tetra client products, such as mobile terminals.
· Create monthly reports on customer data for Tetra OMC and billing.
· Offer corporate sales department technical support and guidance on radio services (TETRA)
· Provide clients with consulting services regarding the viability of services, appropriate service solutions, and fleet mapping.
· Attend, call, or arrange meetings as needed with corporate sales, suppliers of TETRA terminals, local authorized agents, and customers to resolve challenging engineering issues and other customer service-related issues.
