As a Senior Director, Cluster Lead for KQ will be responsible for progressing Visa Marketing Services strategy through client engagement. You will support client engagement (financial institutions, merchants and fintechs) with the country business development team in winning new clients and growing the business with existing clients. You will develop a star marketing services team and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Visa Consulting and Analytics and Products to deliver winning marketing solutions that drive deeper partnership, achieve solid business outcomes and deliver value to consumers.
As the Marketing Services business continues to rapidly scale and grow, we continue to improve our focus on helping clients build their brands, grow their business through new and existing consumers, excel at delivering seamless omnichannel experiences all while achieving higher digital marketing maturity. You will be responsible for building up marketing services capability within your allocated cluster with a strong focus on the cardholder lifecycle marketing especially when it comes to digital acquisitions and engagement through omnichannel activations.
This role will report into the Head of Marketing Services for GCC with matrixed accountability to the General Manager for KQ.
Specific Responsibilities
As Cluster lead, you will be responsible for progressing the Visa Marketing Services growth strategy aligning with Visa’s Brand positioning, global sponsorships and advisory capability.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
