Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Roll-Out Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:  


Start Date: ASAP


End Date: DEC-2025


Location: Doha, Qatar


Work status: Residential, Single


Qualifications & Experience Required


  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Training and Development or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management or Business Analysis certifications, or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Min 6 years relevant experience in change management and/or disruptive technology implementation roles focusing on roll-out and user adoption

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):


  • Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, specifically related to the implementation of disruptive technology in industrial settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration, and proven ability to work cross functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop effective strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, preferably within the O&G industry is a plus
  • Experience in project communication and in planning and managing training programs.
  • Good knowledge of training authoring tools, e.g. Adobe Captivate
  • Fluent in English as a business language

Accountabilities:


  • Define and understand the change impacts on people, processes, and technology to define the best approach for change management, communication, and training.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management, communication, and training strategies to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Digital use cases.
  • Coordinate the roll-out plans and activities for different use cases across the organization to ensure maximum effectiveness while avoiding overlaps and conflicts.
  • The position is transversal, requiring the ability to efficiently interact and collaborate within the Digital department, the DBS entity, the PR team, the L&T team, as well as with the use case Product Owners, Fusion Teams and third-party technology providers in charge of digital use case delivery
