Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst drives data-driven decision-making by analyzing market trends and campaign performance. The role provides strategic insights to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement. Additionally, the role supports cross-functional teams with actionable business intelligence to achieve organizational goals.




Job Responsibilities 1

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.


Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights for improvement.


Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to inform marketing strategies.


Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.


Create detailed reports and dashboards that summarize key metrics and findings for senior management.


Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support marketing initiatives and business goals.


Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.


Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast market trends and consumer behavior.


Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.


Stay updated with the latest marketing analytics tools and techniques, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and predictive modeling to derive actionable insights.


Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and market research techniques.


Expertise in analytics software (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.


Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement strategies to drive business performance.


ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.




Job Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
