Secretary:Manage the GM’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence.Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.Coordinate travel arrangements and handle confidential documents.Admin:Oversee office operations and support administrative tasks.Maintain records, filing systems, and employee documentation.Sales:Prepare sales proposals, reports, and maintain client records.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.Document Controller:Organize, manage, and maintain company documents.Ensure proper version control and accessibility of files.Support in document preparation and compliance checks.
