Scaffolding Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising the scaffolding team and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
  
• Coordinating with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of scaffolding tasks
  
• Ensuring that scaffolding materials are properly stored, maintained, and used
  
• Conducting safety checks and audits to ensure all scaffolding work meets safety regulations
  
• Managing the installation and dismantling of scaffolding systems as per project requirements
  
• Providing training and guidance to scaffolding workers on proper installation and safety procedures
  
• Maintaining accurate records of scaffolding inventory, work progress, and safety inspections
  
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards related to scaffolding work
  
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to scaffolding on the site
  
• Preparing reports on daily scaffolding operations and safety status for senior management
  

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in scaffolding preferred)
  
• Certification in scaffolding or safety management is a plus
  
• Familiarity with scaffolding systems such as tube and clamp, and frame scaffolding
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to scaffolding
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
