About the job SAP Sr. Consultant Cloud Solutions (SF, ONB,RCM,RMK,LMS)
Job Purpose:
The consultant is responsible to implement/Enhance and Support the SuccessFactors RMK,ONB, RCM and LMS modules and will need to handle all the technical and integration aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities
The consultant will need to work with the project team to carry out independently all the configuration/testing/training related to the above mentioned modules. This will include but not limited to :
Recruitment Marketing (RMK)
- Building Career Sites
- Job Data and Recruiting Management Configuration
- Command center and Career Site building to build customer sites
- Recruiting Integrations
- Career Site Design and CSB Pages and Components

- Advanced Analytics Implementation
- Prepare requirement workbook
- Prepare end-user training and admin training
- Prepare access and authorization matrix
- Data Load / Data Migration Preparation
- Knowledge of Online Report Designer for Ad Hoc (Platform)
- Dashboards 2.0
- Ad Hoc Report Builder 2.0
Recruitment Execution (RCM, ONB)
- Job requisitions fields changes
- Candidate Profile changes
- Application changes
- Configure Panels, Notification
- Migrating ONB from 1.0 to 2.0
- Candidate pipeline changes
- Offer approval workflow changes
Offer letters changes
- Configure the standard integration with ECC based on customer requirements and will perform integration unit testing

- Modify the backend XML data model as per customer requirements

Learning Management System (LMS)
- Learning System Property files
- Customization on Notification
- Item types and other reference configuration
- Knowledge on connectors
- Integration with Open Content Network (OCN), Virtual Learning Session (VLS)
- Hands on experience on Integration of Biz suite with LMS using Integration center.
- Hands on experience on Integration of Career Development Module with LMS.
- Knowledge on all aspects of LMS administration which may include Create/publish/archive courses, add/delete accounts, set/adjust/maintain system parameters, add/delete resources. etc
- Manage LMS reporting and build the new reports in PRD as per the requirement from Business.
- Should have strong experienced with standard and external Integrations with LMS & Work zone/JAM and other 3rdparty applications.
- Experience with competency and skills-based learning.
- Should have knowledge on ODATA API, POSTMAN Tools.
- Should have knowledge on Provisioning Jobs.

- Should have experience on data migration (E.g., Content, courses, Classes), Learning APM, Notification and connectors.
- Modify the SQL as per customer requirements
- Knowledge of Online Report Designer (ORD), Dashboards 2.0, Ad Hoc Report Builder 2.0, story reporting to build LMS widgets.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
Required Professional Qualifications/Skills
2-4 years of progressive RMK, ONB, RCM, LMS SuccessFactors experience.
Completed at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementation for each module.
SAP certified application Associate preferably professional
