Job Description

Job Summary
The IT Business Partner for SAP MM/WM with S/4 HANA expertise serves as the key liaison between IT and business units, aligning SAP-based solutions with business objectives. This role focuses on implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP MM and WM modules within S/4 HANA to enhance business operations and processes.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead and support the implementation of SAP MM and WM within S/4 HANA, including training, user support, and process optimization.
* Conduct business process re-engineering, GAP analysis, and design workarounds to align SAP MM/WM capabilities with business needs.
* Provide L2/L3 SAP MM/WM support and L1 technical support during implementation phases.
* Execute UAT, secure sign-offs, and prepare go-live strategies for SAP MM/WM modules.
* Monitor SAP issue resolution against SLAs and provide analytics and reports as required.
* Identify and incorporate best practices into SAP MM/WM program plans, ensuring quality control and documentation.

Skills and Knowledge
* Strong SAP MM/WM expertise within S/4 HANA environments.
* Ability to bridge business and IT requirements, translating functional needs into SAP solutions.
* Project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering SAP projects within timelines and budgets.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders across levels.

Experience
* Minimum 8 years of experience, with 5 years in SAP MM/WM and 2 years in GCC preferred.

Competencies
* Collaboration, accountability, resilience, and quality orientation.
* Skills in Agile development, stakeholder management, and governance.

Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* SAP or equivalent ERP certifications are highly desirable.
