Job Description

  • Actively promote, demonstrate and sale the tinting, PPF and other Moteri products and services to customers to achieve sales targets as set by the company.
  • Approach potential customers, engage them in conversations to understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions to the vehicles.
  • Educate customers on the advantages of the Moteri products and services such as tinting and PPF, including protection against scratches, chips, fading, and UV damages.
  • Identify and generate leads for potential customers, follow up with inquiries, and schedule appointments for service installations.
  • Follow up with customers as per the sales reports received from showroom admins for upselling the products.
  • Follow up on the in-house finance requests approval from finance department and communicate to customers on the confirmation.
  • Work closely with the sales and Moteri teams to ensure seamless customer service from sale to installation.
  • Address any customer questions, concerns, or complaints to provide exceptional service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups, and provide regular reports to the Department manager.
