Job Description
Actively promote, demonstrate and sale the tinting, PPF and other Moteri products and services to customers to achieve sales targets as set by the company.
Approach potential customers, engage them in conversations to understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions to the vehicles.
Educate customers on the advantages of the Moteri products and services such as tinting and PPF, including protection against scratches, chips, fading, and UV damages.
Identify and generate leads for potential customers, follow up with inquiries, and schedule appointments for service installations.
Follow up with customers as per the sales reports received from showroom admins for upselling the products.
Follow up on the in-house finance requests approval from finance department and communicate to customers on the confirmation.
Work closely with the sales and Moteri teams to ensure seamless customer service from sale to installation.
Address any customer questions, concerns, or complaints to provide exceptional service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups, and provide regular reports to the Department manager.
