Job Description:
 



  • Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company overall business objectives.
  • Set clear sales goals and establish action plans to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Set KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance and provide regular feedback and motivation to ensure optimal results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients and oversee high-value accounts.
  • Ensure that sales activities are cost-effective and contribute to the company’s overall financial goals.
  • Expand the company’s reach by identifying new regions, sectors, and clients to enter.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer experience.

 

Job Requirements:




  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the technology, digital payments, or cloud computing industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
    • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
