JOB ROLE: SALES EXECUTIVE
Role Purpose: Responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence. This role focuses on both maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities to achieve company sales targets.
Working Hours: Official working hours - 8 hours a day (Sat – Thurs). However, working hours tend to be long and irregular, including extra hours during weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships through meetings, calls, and emails. Visit potential customers to explore new business opportunities. Serve as a liaison between the company and its market. Negotiate agreements and close sales. Gather market and customer insights. Negotiate pricing, delivery, and specifications with managers. Send RFQs to suppliers and obtain complete pricing. Review drawings and BOQs to verify quantities. Finalize equipment lists and place orders. Attend meetings to finalize tenders. Negotiate prices and confirm equipment per BOQ and drawings. Review contracts and issue progress invoices. Ensure project delivery meets timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required Native Arabic speaker; proficient in English. 5+ years of sales experience, focused on business development. Knowledgeable in kitchen and laundry equipment. Skilled in providing technical equipment knowledge. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work effectively under pressure.
