About the job Sales executive
Our client, a very well-known automotive company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive (Motorcycles) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise sales activities related to motorcycles.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Utilize excellent sales negotiation skills to close deals and expand the customer base.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, mentoring and training employees as needed.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Identify and address any operational or customer service issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, particularly in the motorcycle sector.
- Collaborate with other departmental managers on strategic initiatives related to motorcycle sales.
- Use market data and insights to drive motorcycle sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Engage with motorcycle enthusiasts and customers to promote the brand and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge and experience in sales in the automotive industry (preferably motorcycles ).
- Excellent sales negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Strong enthusiasm for motorbikes and the motorcycle industry.
- Must be proficient in Arabic and English
