About the job Sales executive

Our client, a very well-known automotive company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive (Motorcycles) to join their team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise sales activities related to motorcycles.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Utilize excellent sales negotiation skills to close deals and expand the customer base.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, mentoring and training employees as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
  • Identify and address any operational or customer service issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, particularly in the motorcycle sector.
  • Collaborate with other departmental managers on strategic initiatives related to motorcycle sales.
  • Use market data and insights to drive motorcycle sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Engage with motorcycle enthusiasts and customers to promote the brand and products.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Knowledge and experience in sales in the automotive industry (preferably motorcycles ).
  • Excellent sales negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong enthusiasm for motorbikes and the motorcycle industry.
  • Must be proficient in Arabic and English
