The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, coupled with an understanding of the home decor industry, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and close deals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Identify and engage potential clients in the home accessories and decor market.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to management.Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products.Preferred Candidate:Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
