Job Description

Overview of the job: Responsible for driving sales and business development of hydraulic and pneumatic tools, providing technical expertise to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines technical knowledge with strong communication and sales skills to achieve business goals.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities for Hydraulic and Pneumatic tools in the region.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to meet the sales targets.
  • Arrange product Demos and educate the customers on features, advantages and its benefits.
  • Advise customers on selecting the right products to meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Work closely with order processing team to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Coordinate with service team to address warranty claims and after sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budget and market analysis for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

QHSE Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines when conducting on-site visits, product demonstrations, or installations.
  • Participate in safety training programs and promote safe practices within the team.
  • Ensure that the products and solutions offered meet both company and customer quality requirements.
  • Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address quality concerns.
  • Support company initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental footprint of sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing QHSE-related reports for internal audits and external compliance checks.
  • Provide customers with product training that emphasizes safe and efficient operation.
