We are seeking enthusiastic and talented female Sales Associates to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and assist them in choosing jewelry items, including custom 24K designs, 22K jewellery, and diamond pieces.
- Sales Expertise: Effectively communicate product features, gold purity, and customization options to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Order Management: Handle customer orders, including processing payments, preparing invoices, and coordinating with the production team for custom designs.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Customer Outreach: Actively seek out and approach customers in the store, offering assistance and guidance tailored to their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products offered, discussing available options with customers and addressing their questions with confidence.
- Social Media Presence: Actively contribute to Smart Jewellery's marketing efforts by creating engaging content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to attract a wider audience.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Promote additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records of jewellery stock, ensuring smooth operations.
- Multilingual Customer Support: Assist customers in Hindi, Nepali, and English to cater to diverse customer needs.
Skills
- Preference: Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A BS degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the jewellery industry or related fields (e.g., luxury goods, watches, high-end fashion).
- Location: Must currently reside in Qatar and be available for immediate interviews.
- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing active and engaging TikTok or Instagram accounts.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and Nepali is mandatory; English is preferred.
- Basic Math Skills: Strong numerical ability to calculate weights, prices, and discounts accurately.
- Sales and Customer Service Understanding: Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
