Key Responsibilities:
· Contact new potential customers via cold calling.
· Respond to customer queries and provide product or service information.
· Scheduling and attending On-site & Online meetings with clients .
· Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
· Follow up on leads and potential clients to ensure timely responses.
· Track sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
· Handle post-sales support and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
· Experience with cold calling and generating new business opportunities.
· Basic understanding of IT products and services is an advantage.
· Ability to attend on-site meetings and client visits as needed.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
