Job Description
Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the café/store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Lead and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating deals, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock checks, reordering, and minimizing waste.Handle purchasing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with operational needs.Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability, preparing regular reports for management.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per Qatar laws and café SOPs.Conduct regular checks to ensure all operations comply with local regulations for food and beverage services.Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a superior customer experience.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar’s food and service industry.Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proven knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and vendor management.Familiarity with Qatar’s health, safety, and food service regulations.Preferably female candidates.Must be ready to join immediately.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: QAR 5,000 per month.Full benefits as per Qatari labor laws.
