Job Description
Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional customer service.Greet and assist customers, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth dining operations.Manage table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation.Coordinate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure timely and accurate service.Conduct staff training and provide on-the-spot guidance to maintain service standards.Handle daily reporting and assist in scheduling shifts for waitstaff.Qualifications:Must be available to Join Immediately.Minimum 2 years of experience in Qatar’s food and service industry.Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.Preferably female candidates.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary package.
