Reservations Agent - Arabic Speaker
As a Reservations Agent - Arabic Speaker, you will assist guests with booking and managing their reservations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Process reservations by phone, email, or through central reservation systems.
Provide guests with information about room features, rates, packages, and promotions.
Handle special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
A Reservations Agent - Arabic Speaker serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a reservations or front office role is an advantage.
Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Start Date: February 15, 2024
Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
