Job Title: Relationship Manager – Cash Deposit Machine Project

Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary: Gravo Trading is seeking a reliable and professional Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our key client involved in our Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) Project. This role requires strong communication and IT skills to handle technical queries, manage expectations, and maintain excellent client relationships while coordinating with our internal team and technology vendors to resolve issues. The candidate will also support operations communications and service reporting for our managed service clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between Gravo Trading and the client for all communications related to the Cash Deposit Machine project.
Respond to daily client inquiries and emails, providing clear, professional, and technically accurate explanations regarding system or transaction errors.
Translate client-reported issues into actionable tasks and coordinate with vendors and the internal support team for resolution.
Track ongoing issues, follow up on pending resolutions, and ensure timely updates are shared with the client.
Manage incoming requests from the operations team related to service calls, technician dispatch, or customer escalations.
Coordinate and document all service-related activities provided under managed services contracts.
Gather service performance data throughout the year and support the preparation of performance reports and review presentations.
Maintain a detailed log of communications and status updates for internal tracking and reporting.
Build and sustain a positive relationship with the client by ensuring high responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability.
Help ensure overall client satisfaction by anticipating their needs and resolving concerns proactively.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks efficiently.
Basic to intermediate IT knowledge to understand technical issues and communicate effectively with vendors and support teams.
Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Prior experience in client relationship management, technical support, or project coordination is an asset.
Familiarity with the banking or financial technology sector is a plus.
