Job Description
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of open positions.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and activities to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with various recruiting tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
