Other Executive programs may be added to the scope of the activity as relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport all recruitment and business development across allocated geographical zones and portfolio of programsServe as the single point of contact throughout the application journey, from initial inquiry through enrollmentProactively contact leads assigned by the marketing team to qualify and convert them to new applicationsIdentify new sources of leadsImplement a one-to-one approach to leads and applicants, building and nurturing relationships with candidates across the region, supporting individuals throughout their application journeyConvert admitted candidates to enrolled participantsManage the pipeline effectively to ensure maximum applications and ensure that applicants meet the criteria of the admissions committeeSuccessfully manage sales and development activities to achieve growth and recruitment targets, ensuring the realization of department and organizational goals for products under the area of responsibilityLeverage relationships with corporate contacts and clients to promote HEC Paris programs across the regionIdentify and manage the recruitment budgetOrganize and lead recruitment events aimed at lead generation and conversion, including online, face-to-face, and corporateDrive successful use and optimization of CRM and data, ensuring regular and relevant dashboards and reporting are aligned with required performance metrics to support critical business decisionsAs per the social media plan, support HEC Paris in Qatar presence by generating relevant content and interacting with the target audienceLeverage alumni to provide referralsAttend general networking, educational seminars, and business-specific events to generate new leadsProvide feedback and intelligence from the field relevant to marketing and other business development activities and decisionsWorking through information systems, provide real-time data on the applicant pool, including forecasts and projectionsEnsure lead and candidate data in the CRM system is updated as relevantQualificationsMaster’s degree in Business or related field5+ years minimum experience in sales, talent acquisition, or recruitmentKnowledge and experience in Executive Education a plusExcellent presentation and communication skillsCredible with the ability to persuadeAbility to interact with senior executives in a professional and efficient mannerResults driven with strong customer focus and solid business acumenAbility to work under pressure and deliver on deadlinesExcellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detailHighly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience in the use of CRM systems for lead/client management and forecastingWillingness to travel and work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends)Experience in GCC countries a plusAdditional InformationDisclaimer This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
