Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in international recruitment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a customer-oriented approach. The role requires a pleasing personality, a neat and professional appearance, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes. Candidates must be based in Qatar, proficient in English (spoken and written), and should be willing to travel occasionally (optional).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end international recruitment processes.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Prepare and manage job postings, CV databases, and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with employers and candidates for interviews and job placements.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and international hiring regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Handle other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
- Bi-lingual (optional)/ Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
