QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years prior experience in Talent Attraction and/or prior external communications experience preferred (though if you have been in a client facing role, and have a flair for communication, you are welcome to apply)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively and help solve local branding/comms challenges across offices in EEMA
- Ability to communicate effectively–both verbally and in writing–in English
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As the regional Talent Attraction Branding point of contact for EEMA, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting and shaping our talent narrative and external perception to attract top talent to our EEMA offices.
You will be a part of the regional Adoption & Transformation team and will lead all regional talent attraction branding related initiatives and projects. You’ll work closely with the Global TABLE CoE (Talent Attraction Branding & Long-Term Engagement).
You will be responsible for driving local execution for EEMA while aligning with the overarching global talent attraction strategy. You will play a key role radiating our Talent Narrative and driving its adoption, advising colleagues in the region on their tactics, driving organic and paid social media campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring consistent branding across various platforms and initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will lead the customization and adoption of our talent narrative, ensuring its activation among colleagues across the EEMA region. Your responsibilities will include adapting our global talent narrative with tailored messaging for AFO, MEO, TCO, DnA, CCN - DA, and more, enabling colleagues to confidently convey our story and align internal communications with our talent brand.
You will activate frontline colleagues and CSP ambassadors to champion our Talent Narrative, supporting a positive brand image both internally and externally. Implementation and localization of our global Talent Brand strategy, objectives, and guidelines will be key, as will frequent engagement with regional stakeholders to understand hiring goals and challenges. You'll advise on suitable talent branding tactics to address these challenges, planning and overseeing paid social media campaigns specifically in the EEMA region. Coordinating with stakeholders, you will verify campaign needs, oversee development, and follow TABLE process guidelines, leading content strategy and advising on audience and budget allocation.
You'll report post-campaign insights to stakeholders, adapt global content for digital channels like career webpages tailored for EEMA audiences, and drive Calls for Content on central firm social media platforms. In addition, you'll manage local inquiries, review branding assets, work with the media team, and oversee communication initiatives. You will spearhead local recruiting intelligence, assess competitive positioning, and define long-term regional branding strategies, gathering regional insights to optimize recruitment marketing efforts. Tracking and reporting using metrics, aligning with global standards, and effectively managing the budget in line with our global strategy will enable effective branding initiative execution.
