Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist


Location: Qatar


Experience: 1-3 Years


Salary: Depends Upon Experience


Main Responsibilities:


  • Greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Managing front desk operations, including handling appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Providing general information to clients and visitors about the company and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols for visitor management.
  • Supporting HR and administrative teams with office-related tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
