We are looking for a proactive and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team at Al Thiqa International Real Estate. As a key member of our company, your primary responsibility will be to build our portfolio by securing both property listings from owners and clients seeking real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Property Sourcing: Actively seek out property owners to list their properties with us.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values in Qatar.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to secure favorable outcomes.
- Documentation: Manage all necessary paperwork and contracts for property transactions.
- Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the real estate industry to generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local real estate market in Qatar.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
