Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Expert to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Quality Engineering Expert will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and specifications, and will play a critical role in the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for all projects
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Identify and resolve any quality issues or deficiencies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records
- Train and educate project teams on quality control procedures and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in quality control techniques
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality control/assurance in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Experience working on large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
