· Provide scope, resource and time estimates for projects presented to QA for testing and analysis.
· Making QA test status and progress reports as appropriate to top management & ensuring QA testing requirements are appropriately identified and included in the requirements.
· Monitoring adherence to quality improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, SPC,SQC and comply with ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documentations.
· Must have leadership level experience of engaging multiple senior stakeholders within technology and business
· Must have experience in influencing and inspiring teams with diverse cultures and locations to deliver with excellence
· Must have experience in managing Testing services for multiple large-scale programs and projects
· Must have ability to set direction, lead and motivate teams
· Must have ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality and managing to an acceptable level of risk
· Must have ability to work with multiple projects in parallel
· Experience of using test management tools (e.g. Quality Centre, JIRA/RALLY) to manage testing activity and to provide testing metrics
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Extensive knowledge of Testing lifecycle and core testing process/techniques using different test approaches
· Extensive understanding of Defect management processes
· Extensive knowledge of Test estimation techniques, approaches and processes
· Extensive knowledge of Data/document management
· Knowledge of Industry standard training associated with testing
· Knowledge of Governance techniques
· Knowledge of Measuring test improvement
· Certification: ISEB / ISTQB / Prince 2 / ITIL (practitioner level)
· Knowledge of Public Cloud Services (Amazon, Google)
· Any other required tasks
