Job Description

Senior Consultant / Associate Manager will support and manage delivery of our project engagement, service delivery and defined projects as part of the Middle East team. They will be responsible for specific areas of focus and for monitoring progress and successful delivery against agreed outcomes. 


The activities and projects are wide ranging providing Senior Consultant / Associate Manager an opportunity to utilize a variety of skill sets to focus on specific areas of activity and grow the role to suit their own experiences and interests. 


Tasks may include but are not limited to: 


  • Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projects.
  • Documenting full needs description and solution requirements.
  • Active technology scouting and solution identification and validation. 
  • Project due diligence research and documentation. 
  • Communicate and facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
  • Carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required. 

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as: 


  • Innovation strategy definition & implementation.  
  • Capabilities building projects using the latest methodologies on innovation, design thinking, innovation management, etc. 
  • Project management: management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties.

Qualifications
  • Strong academic background (e.g. Engineering and/or Business) from a top-tier university. 
  • 4-6 years experience in technology, research, innovation environments for the Senior Consultant role. 
  • of 6-9 year solid management consulting experience for the Associate Manager role. 
  • Experience of planning, managing and delivering innovation and technical-based projects. 
  • Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar. 
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and completing complex technical innovation projects. 
  • Experience in understanding technical discussions and documentation. 
  • Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, Intellectual Property and Technology Scouting. 
  • Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
