Paragon Cyber Solutions is thrilled to announce an immediate opening for enthusiastic individuals eager to embark on a vibrant and dynamic career as a Public Affairs Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in advising the Commander on planning, coordinating, synchronizing, executing, and assessing all OTH-CT communication initiatives. You will also recommend and implement effective communication strategies tailored to the Commander. Supporting the PAO Director, you will contribute to all SOJTF-C communication efforts, including public affairs assessments, command synchronization, and execution. This position is based out of Doha, Qatar, providing essential support to the CENTCOM AOR.


Responsibilities

Assist the Public Affairs Director in advising the Commander by planning, coordinating, synchronizing, executing, and evaluating all OTH-CT communication efforts. Propose and implement communication strategies that align with the Commander’s objectives. Help formulate guidance for subordinate communicators and work in tandem with SOCOM, CENTCOM, and SOCCENT to ensure communication efforts are harmonized for OTH-CT operations. Provide coordination and representation in planning and operations as required. Offer insights to the commander regarding audience attitudes and perceptions related to policies, programs, and information needs. Liaise with communicators at international and regional headquarters. Strategically coordinate communication campaigns within information operations plans to align activities with intelligence and MISO efforts. Conduct routine visits to command units to evaluate their PA programs and offer constructive recommendations.


  • Design and implement marketing and communication programs that align with Business Unit strategies.
  • Lead integrated marketing communications projects utilizing various tools, including advertising, promotions, direct response, user conferences, events, trade shows, sponsorships, and online communications.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications investments, recommending strategic adjustments to enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, as well as marketing and sales teams, to shape strategy and focus for trade shows.
  • Work in partnership with other departments and external vendors on the content and design of the Company website.
