The Property Executive is responsible to provide professional management of assigned commercial and residential properties and personnel, with a focus on maintaining and improving the properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in good physical condition.
Liaise with clients, financial advisers, lenders, solicitors, and managing agents on all aspects of property purchase, management, or sale, providing excellent customer service
Oversee the property once the purchase has completed and while the company owns it, liaising with property managers and managing the sale of the property.
Provide exceptional customer service and acting with professionalism and integrity in all contact with colleagues, members, and third parties.
Assist the Head of Department in document review, proposals and contract preparation.
Administer the company's property management software for assigned properties.
Understanding of routine property operations, including tenant communication, lease administration, and maintenance scheduling.
Skills in managing budgets, handling rent collections, and preparing financial reports to ensure the financial health of the properties.
Knowledge of local property laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements to maintain lawful and safe operations.
Strong interpersonal skills to address tenant issues, handle complaints, and provide excellent service to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Ability to quickly resolve issues related to property management, such as maintenance problems, tenant disputes, and emergencies.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
