The Delivery PM Lead is accountable for discharging the BAE Systems Project Management delivery activities across the Typhoon Availability Service Operation at Dukhan Air Force Base (AFB), in Qatar. Ensuring compliance with contractual performance and obligations in accordance with the BAE Systems Operational Framework, on behalf of the Dukhan Programme Manager.
The role is responsible and accountable for leading and embedding the Project Management delivery team within the operational delivery streams (via the Senior Management Teams) to support and deliver the Typhoon Support & Training Service.
The role also
oversee high priority or special projects as directed and will be responsible
for providing analysis, guidance and direction within areas of expertise. This
position will anticipate, escalate and solve management and business problems
independently.
Project
Management & Control:
oResponsible for the project
management of the Dukhan AFB Operation, delivering all on-base reporting and control
of costs;
oPrepare inputs for the Contract
Status Reports (CSR);
oReview and ratify risk and
opportunity provisions;
oGenerate and maintain integrated
programme schedules;
oSupport reviews including but not
limited to PDRs, QCRs, QBRs, risk & opportunity, Change Control Boards,
Business Operations and customer PRMs;
Contract & Customer Dependency Management:
oKey Performance Measures (KPMs);
oContractual Training Requirements
and deliverables;
oOn-base FSR supplier contracts;

Qualifications:
