About the job Procurement Optimization Officer(6 Months Contract)

Act as single point of contact for Finance Business Intelligence team for improvements, enhancements coordination.


Co-operate with the Finance BI team to ensure database compliance when creating Procurement driven BI dashboards.


Assist and support senior management in data analysis Support Procurement Manager in reviewing existing processes and identify future state digital solutions, process automation.


Work closely with Procurement team to support their needs in upgrading the used tool, templates and digitalize them.


Coordinate data collection, develop data structures and update information on internal systems.


Automate reporting and development of automated dashboard across Procurement using either Tableau, existing systems or developing other tools to improve reporting accuracy and productivity.


Work independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement reports.


Single point of contact for tools and sourcing related system enhancements.


Redesign, maintain and manage Procurement SharePoint, including access management.


Coordinate and manage preparation of reports and presentations by the wider team for the senior and executive management.


Support line manager in performance analysis, working with category managers to develop and implement performance improvement objectives.


Act as Administrator for the required systems.


Conducting data analysis to identify waste /wait time and low value work.


Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
