MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run a facility properly. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 270 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.

Job Description

• To examine the relevant project in line with the information describing the customer company's requests.
• To draw the mechanical-architectural sections of the projects in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant technical details and company procedures.
• To make project drawings in accordance with the technical details in the relevant programs.
• To ensure coordination in the field based on the needs that may arise in the project area, to take actions to solve the problems, and to inform the manager about the changes and developments in the project.
• Preparing reports on projects on a monthly basis. To include the collection status of the projects, the distribution of monthly working hours, the predicted budget and the actual budget figures in the reports and to forward the reports to the manager.
• To follow up the planned and actual costs of the projects,
• To prepare progress curves, cash flow curves, manpower histograms and manpower forecast reports for projects.
• To monitor and measure process performances related to material, production and site planning and to analyze the results and carry out the necessary activities for continuous improvement.
